SendSyntix provides a unified messaging platform that enables developers to send messages across multiple channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and webhooks through a single API. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

5. API Usage and Rate Limits
Your use of the SendSyntix API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as specified in your service plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling, suspension, or additional charges. You agree to implement appropriate error handling and retry logic in your applications.
6. Payment Terms
Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
SendSyntix and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the services, including all related intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your content and data, but grant us a license to process it as necessary to provide our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendSyntix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
